Welcome to Get It KoCo. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our website.
2. What We Do
Get It KoCo acts as a personal shopping and purchasing agent sourcing products from South Korea or Australia. We are not the manufacturer, retailer, or brand owner.
3. Orders & Payments
Once purchasing has commenced, orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled except where required by applicable law. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Delivery & Risk
Risk generally passes when goods are handed to the courier, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Returns & Refunds
Refunds are limited due to the personalised purchasing service. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs requirements, and accurate shipping information.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, the laws of the Republic of Korea, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country from which the order is processed (Republic of Korea or Australia), unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
